No. You keep reporting and paying premiums to L&I the same way you always have.

No, there is no extra cost to sign up. Members of partner associations can enroll for free.
Once enrolled, you will remain signed up for as long as you are a member of your qualifying association. Please note you will need to re-enroll if there are changes to your L&I account number.

There is no risk to enrolled employers.
In fact, you may put yourself at risk of paying more than you should if you’re not enrolled.If you have a workers’ compensation claim and are not an L&I Advantage participant, you may have to hire a consultant or attorney to manage the claim for you, or accept the impact that the claim will have on your future rates without knowing if they could have been lowered or eliminated through strategic management.

No, once enrolled, you will remain in L&I Advantage as long as you remain an active member of a qualifying partner association. If your L&I account information changes, you may need to update your enrollment paperwork.
